The brief was to develop a Landscape development masterplan for the route starting from Rishikesh to Badrinath, Kedarnath, Gangotri and Yamunotri. Cluster One was employed as Landscape design consultants for development of tourism facilities, Development Control Regulations, Vehicular and Pedestrian access to various destinations, and proposals for beautification and maintenance of these pilgrimage sites.

The aim of this project was to develop a masterplan for landscape development of the 7 kms streatch of beach front at Puri, Orissa. The development was to be carried out in a phased manner. Various components of the development included Development Control Regulations, Traffic management, Information systems and Beautification of the beach front.
