The brief for this site with dinosaur fossil remains, was to develop it as a viable tourist destination. The scope of the work included Architectural design of an interpretation centre and landscape development of the site. The interpretation centre included facilities such as exhibition hall, audio visual display room, souvenir shops, cafeteria, and public conveniences.

The project remains unbuilt due to prioritization of resources by successive administrations. The project was however taken upto complete working drawing stage along with Bill of Quantities and Tender document.

Resort Cottages, Mt. Abu, Rajasthan.
clients : Hotel Aravali

The requirement was to design and supervise construction of cottages, a kitchen block, a new restaurant floor, a block with hotel rooms and upgrade the facilities of an existing hotel complex. The rubble for the masonry work was quarried from the site. The architectural style responded to the contoured landform and open space character in the form of stepped terraces over built forms.

ashwini hospital

Urology and Maternity Hospital, Nanded, Maharashtra.
clients : Dr. Ram Chidrawar.

Architectural design of this 30 beded hospital included six chamber Out Patient department, Radiology Department, Pathology Department, Operation Theatre, Labour Room, Endoscopy Lab, General Wards, Semi Deluxe Rooms, Deluxe Rooms and Medical Shop. The top floor consisted of Residential quarter for Doctors.
